Is this the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. Booking Sathi works on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta. You connect your number through Meta's own sign-up flow.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my phone?
In most cases, yes. In India the same number can run on the WhatsApp Business app and the platform together (coexistence). We check your number before setup.
Who pays WhatsApp's message charges?
You pay Meta directly, from your own account, at Meta's published rates. Our plan fee is separate and shown on the Pricing page. We add no markup.
Will the AI chat about anything?
No. The AI chatbot only answers questions about your business: packages, dates and bookings. Everything else is handed to you.
Do you guarantee bookings?
