Media Sathi provides only digital services. Nothing is shipped. Services are delivered online, by email, WhatsApp, or through your Booking Sathi login.
2. Delivery timelines

3. Third-party approvals
Meta business verification, display name approval, template approval, ad approval and Google verification are decided by Meta and Google. Their timelines are outside our control.
4. Confirmation
We confirm every delivery by email or WhatsApp to the contact on your account.
5. Service area
We serve businesses across India, and Indian businesses run by NRIs, fully online.
6. Delays
If we expect a delay on our side, we will tell you with a new date. If we cannot deliver at all, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
